Vegan cardamom & dark cacao dukkah stuffed dates

This delicious vegan snack, dates stuffed with a tahini paste and topped with our cardamom & dark cacao dukkah is really moreish and indulgent. The recipe couldn’t be simpler. Mix ground almonds, tahini and honey in the ratio of 3:1:1. I used an egg cup to measure out these ingredients. Mix to a smooth paste. Cut 12-16 medjool dates lengthways, remove the stone and stuff with the tahini paste mixture. Dip in our dukkah to coat the top. They can be stored in an airtight container for a few days if the last that long. Enjoy Xx
